Stress, its symptoms, and ways to deal with it.

Feelings of stress and anxiety are healthy and necessary to a limit they inspire us to work but when worry or anxiety start stopping us to act then it becomes dangerous. Stress may occur because of the situation that are not under control or may be of the things having not happened yet and many others. These worries do not only affect our mind but effect bodies also. Stress can cause health problems or make problems worse if we don't take steps to deal with it.

Some Possible Symptoms of Stress
-Anxiety
-Back Pain
-Depression
-Fatigue
-High Blood Pressure
-Headaches
-Constipation or Diarrhea

Some tips for dealing with Stress
-Yoga
-Mediate
-Eat Balanced Diet
-Have enough sleep and exercise on regular basis
-Don’t take tension uselessly about the things which we can’t control
-Try to take change around you as challenge rather than treating it as threat
-Speak and discuss the problem causing reason with trusted friends
-Resolve conflict with other people if it is causing stress to you.
-Spend some time listening to music of your choice.
-Learn to forgive yourself
-Don’t make much expectation from yourself and don’t make the target which you can’t achieve
-Cry if you feel like crying as this will relieve you from anxiety and let you free from ill emotion from which you were coping.
-May resort to writing diary, this can help you to express your feeling and thought.

    Nice blog post and great tips to manage stress...

    I think one should have some support and self motivation to develop positive energy to beat stress. Developing good habits will also help in controlling stress. Bad habits will drive people into stressed mood. One should know how to avoid them otherwise they will consume happiness of our life.
