H1N1 (Swine Flu)

Symptoms
Cough along with chest pain.
Respiratory problem.
Low blood pressure and nails start turning to blue.
Persistent fever for more than 5 days.
Headache and vomiting sometimes.

High Risk Groups
Diabetics
Heart Patient
Children between 0-5 yr of age.
People above 65 yr of age.
Pregnant Women.
Cancer and HIV Patient.
Obese people.

Precautions
Wash hand regularly.
Maintain hygiene.
Avoid crowded place.
Stay away from infected people.
Don’t send child to school/play if they are not well.
Avoid touching face and eyes with your hand uselessly.
Don't take self medication as that might make H1N1 virus resistant.
